How do I get an estimate for custom embroidery or screen printing?
Contact us at info@customstitch.com with your design or logo, information on the customer-owned items or pick an item’s style number in our online catalogs, and add your desired color, quantities, and sizes.
From there, we can discuss any final details over email and contact you with a quote.
How does my logo get from paper to being embroidered?
Modern embroidery machines are automated. The computer needs a program, or pattern, to direct it to produce the desired pattern. The process of creating this program is called “digitizing”. It is a key component of good embroidery because, without a quality pattern, it is impossible to produce quality embroidery.
If you are first time customer with a logo, you are subject to a 1 time digitizing fee. This price depends on the complexity, size, and features of the design. After your first order, the same logo will not be subject to any digitizing fees.
How quickly will you complete my order?
Depending on the product and services you request, time frames will vary. Our estimated turn around time for most orders is 2-3 weeks.
