Refund & Exchange Policy

No refunds will be given on custom embroidery or screen-printed items that are in production or have been produced. With tags, St. Anthony Gym Uniforms returns can be accepted up to 60 days after purchase and exchanged up to 6 months.

Policy on Unpicked-Up Orders

St. Anthony Gym Uniform items not picked up will be held for up to 3 months then returned to inventory with your paper holding validity for another 3 months. Custom embroidery or screen-printed items will be held for 3 months. During those months, the customer should expect to be contacted multiple times to be reminded of their unpicked-up order.

Policy on Customer Discrepancies

When placing a custom embroidery or screen printing order, many unique details are discussed in regards to the design, garment, quantities, and sizing before beginning your order. It is important to note that our employees trust the information communicated and reviewed by the customer and will carry out the instructions given to them. If a customer were to provide incorrect information to our employees and the order was carried out following their instructions, we can not be held financially responsible for the custom work done. To avoid responsibility for this type of mistake, we ask that you the costumer carefully review your order before placing it and contact us within 72 hours of placing your order to rectify the mistake in order to not be held responsible.

Policy on Embroidery Mistakes

Any mistakes that occur during the embroidery process will be rectified to the best of the embroiderer’s ability without customer notification. A Stitch in Time will be held financially responsible for all costly mistakes on vendor garments including replacement of the garment, but NOT customer-owned garments.

Customer Supplied Garment Policy

When embroidering any garment, our machinery has the possibility of malfunctioning. While this occurrence is rare, its outcome can damage the garment beyond repair. By providing your own garments, we cannot offer replacements in the case of damage. Due to machine malfunction being unpredictable despite the most attentive care and upkeep, we cannot be held financially responsible for damage done by our machines. If your customer owned merchandise is damaged, you will be notified and will not be charged for the partial or incomplete embroidery on the damaged garment.

Policy on Lost Packages

Orders that have been shipped and delivered according to our shipping services will NOT be replaced. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the post office, neighbors, consult family members etc. to locate the package.
